Cancellation fee $100 if cancelled 45 days before arrival.
For cancellations less than 45 days before arrival deposit is forfeited unless the condo is re-rented.
Check in after 3:00 p.m. Check out before 11:00 a.m. Late check out may be possible if the condo is not rented that night.
We will email you when we receive the deposit to confirm your reservation.
After we receive the final payment we will send a welcome email with more details!
All purchases are subject to a 17.3% Hawaiian state tax.
All rentals have a one time $175 cleaning fee
